Introduction
A journey is always exciting and full of joy. Among all types of journeys, a train journey is one of the most enjoyable. It is cheaper, safer, and faster than most other journeys. Last month, I had the opportunity to take a train journey from Dhaka to Chattogram. It was one of the best experiences of my life.

Planning of the Journey
My school was closed for summer vacation. My parents decided to visit my grandparents, who live in Chattogram. We planned to go there by train because it is comfortable and affordable. According to Bangladesh Railway data, over 90 million passengers travel by train annually. We purchased our tickets three days before the journey. We packed our clothes and some food for the trip.

Starting the Journey
On the day of the journey, we reached Kamalapur Railway Station early in the morning. The station was full of people. The loud sound of trains and the call of vendors made the place lively. The intercity train “Sonar Bangla Express” arrived at 7:00 a.m. sharp. We got into our seats, and the train started moving slowly.

Scenes Along the Way
As the train left the city, the view began to change. I saw green fields, small villages, and rivers passing by. The fresh air and rhythmic sound of the wheels made me happy. The train passed through many stations like Narayanganj, Brahmanbaria, and Feni. Bangladesh has over 3,000 kilometers of railway tracks, and this long route gave me a beautiful view of rural life. Farmers were working in the fields, children were playing, and women were collecting water from ponds.

Inside the Train
The inside of the train was neat and comfortable. The seats were soft, and there were fans above. A vendor came with tea, coffee, and snacks. I enjoyed some tea and biscuits while watching the scenery. People of different ages were talking, reading, or listening to music. Some students were discussing their lessons. The environment was peaceful and friendly.

Crossing the Rivers and Bridges
The most exciting part was crossing the great rivers. The train crossed the mighty Meghna River over a long bridge. The water below sparkled in the sunlight. I could see boats sailing and fishermen working. It was a beautiful scene that I will never forget. Bangladesh has more than 700 rivers, and crossing them by train is a thrilling experience.

Arrival at the Destination
After about six hours, the train reached Chattogram Station at 1:00 p.m. The journey was smooth and enjoyable. My grandparents were waiting for us at the station. I felt a deep joy and thanked the railway staff for their service. The total distance was around 320 kilometers, and it felt like a short, pleasant trip.

Advantages of Train Journey
Train journeys are safer and cheaper than bus or plane journeys. According to Bangladesh Railway, the average ticket price is much lower than other transport. Trains can carry more people at once and cause less pollution. The seats are comfortable, and passengers can move freely. There are also toilets, which make long journeys easier.

Memorable Experience
This journey was full of learning and pleasure. I saw the beauty of my country closely. The rivers, trees, and villages showed me the real picture of Bangladesh. It made me realize how wonderful train journeys are.

Conclusion
A journey by train gives both knowledge and joy. It helps us see the natural beauty of our motherland. It also refreshes the mind and removes stress. My journey from Dhaka to Chattogram was one of the most enjoyable days of my life. I will never forget that sweet experience, and I hope to travel by train again soon.
