যদি Active voice-এ Modal Auxiliary Verb থাকে, Passive voice-এ রূপান্তরের নিয়ম হলো যে ক্রমে কাজগুলো করতে হবে তা নিম্নরূপ:

Modal Auxiliary Verb: যেমন – can, could, may, might, will, would, shall, should, ought to, used to, must ইত্যাদি।

Active voice-এর object কে Passive voice-এর subject হিসেবে বসাতে হবে।

Active voice-এর Modal verb রাখা হবে।

be যোগ করতে হবে।

মূল verb-এর past participle ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
