Parts of a Letter

Heading (শিরোনাম)

লেখকের পূর্ণ ঠিকানা ও তারিখ চিঠির ডানদিকে, উপরের অংশে লেখা হয়।

Salutation (সম্ভাষণ/সম্বোধন)

যে ব্যক্তিকে চিঠি লেখা হচ্ছে তাকে সম্বোধন করে লেখা হয়।

বিস্তারিত বক্তব্য থাকে; একটি বা একাধিক Paragraph-এ লেখা হয়।

প্রতিটি Paragraph Capital Letter দিয়ে শুরু হয়।

সম্ভাষণের নিচে সামান্য ডানদিকে সরিয়ে শুরু করতে হয়।

Subscription (বিদায় বক্তব্য)

মূল চিঠি শেষ হওয়ার পরে, শেষ লাইনের ঠিক নিচে এবং ডানদিকে লেখকের দস্তখতের উপরে লেখা হয়।
