Causative Verb

সংজ্ঞা:

যখন subject নিজে কাজ না করে অন্যকে দিয়ে কাজ করায়, তখন Causative Verb ব্যবহার করা হয়।

সাধারণ Causative Verbs:

• Have, Get, Help, Let, Make ইত্যাদি।

Make ব্যবহার

• Make + ব্যক্তি/বস্তু + verb-এর base form

• অর্থ: কাউকে কোনো কাজ করতে বাধ্য করা, Have বা Get-এর চেয়ে বেশি জোর/নির্দেশ প্রদান।

উদাহরণ:

1. The manager made the employees work late last night. ✅

2. She makes her kids brush their teeth before bed.

3. My boss makes me stay late at work sometimes.

বাংলা অর্থ: শেষ পর্যন্ত সে প্রধান নির্বাহী পদে উন্নীত হয়েছিল / পৌঁছেছিল।

• Ascend to → এর অর্থ হলো উচ্চতর পদ, মর্যাদা, বা স্তরে পৌঁছানো।
- Ascend to something (figurative)
