"Do or die." বাক্যটি একটি Compound Sentence।
এখানে 'or' শব্দের মাধ্যমে দুইটি clause (বাক্যাংশ) যুক্ত হয়েছে, তাই এটাকে Compound Sentence বলা হয়।

Compound Sentence কী?
যদি কোনো বাক্যে একাধিক প্রধান বাক্যাংশ (principal clause) থাকে এবং সেগুলোকে 'and', 'or', 'but', 'yet', 'so', 'therefore' ইত্যাদি সংযোজক (coordinating conjunction) দিয়ে যুক্ত করা হয়, তাহলে সেই বাক্যকে Compound Sentence বলা হয়।
অর্থাৎ, Compound Sentence-এ দুই বা তার বেশি প্রধান বাক্যাংশ থাকে।
