• যখন দুইটি শব্দ/পদ (যেমন: uncle এবং benefactor) একটি মাত্র ব্যক্তিকে বোঝায়, তখন subject টি singular noun হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়।

• এখানে My uncle and benefactor একই ব্যক্তিকে বোঝাচ্ছে, তাই singular verb (has) ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম:

• এর সঠিক জোড়া হলো "No sooner... than"।

ঘ) then the lights went out

• "then" ❌ ভুল, কারণ "No sooner" এর পর "than" বসে, "then" নয়।
