কিছু শব্দ (agree, be anxious, arrange, determine, be determined, decide, demand ইত্যাদি) + infinitive + object হলে Active→Passive ট্রান্সফরমেশনে:

একটি that-clause যোগ হয়: that + infinitive phrase

infinitive-এর পরে should be + past participle (passive infinitive) বসে

মূল ক্রিয়া के ক্রিয়া-রূপ passive-এ হবে: should be + past participle

Passive: They agreed that the contract should be signed.

অন্য অপশনগুলো কেন ভুল

ক) The team agreed so that the report should be completed by Friday.

ভুল কারণ: here "so that" purpose clause ব্যবহার হয়েছে; instruction অনুযায়ী plain that-clause প্রয়োজন।

খ) The team agreed that the report be completed by Friday.

ভুল কারণ: tense/voice-সংক্রান্ত নিয়মে passive-কে দেখাতে "be completed" ঠিক নয়; should be completed ঠিক।

গ) The team agreed that the report to be completed by Friday.

ভুল কারণ: "to be completed" হলো non-finite infinitival phrase; passive clause-এ এই গঠন ব্যবহার হয় না; proper গঠন হলো "that the report should be completed".

Active voice-এ Who যুক্ত প্রশ্নবোধক বাক্যকে passive voice-এ রূপান্তর করার নিয়ম হলো, প্রথমে By whom দিয়ে শুরু করে auxiliary verb (tense অনুযায়ী) + subject + verb-এর past participle বসানো। বিকল্পভাবে, বাক্য শুরু হতে পারে Who + auxiliary verb + subject + verb-এর past participle + by। যদি দুটি auxiliary verb থাকে, তবে একটি subject-এর আগে এবং অপরটি পরে বসানো হয়।
