মূল বাক্য ছিল They will complete the project next week। এটি Active Voice-এ লেখা। একে Passive Voice-এ রূপান্তর করতে হলে Subject (They) বাদ দিয়ে Object (The project) বাক্যের শুরুতে আনতে হয়। Verb complete এর passive form হলো be completed এবং সময়সূচক অংশ next week অপরিবর্তিত থাকে। প্রয়োজনে by them যোগ করা যায়। তাই সঠিক উত্তর হলো খ) The project will be completed by them next week।

Active voice-এ Who যুক্ত প্রশ্নবোধক বাক্যকে passive voice-এ রূপান্তর করার নিয়ম হলো, প্রথমে By whom দিয়ে শুরু করে auxiliary verb (tense অনুযায়ী) + subject + verb-এর past participle বসানো। বিকল্পভাবে, বাক্য শুরু হতে পারে Who + auxiliary verb + subject + verb-এর past participle + by। যদি দুটি auxiliary verb থাকে, তবে একটি subject-এর আগে এবং অপরটি পরে বসানো হয়।
