Active Voice-এ Modal Auxiliary Verb থাকলে Passive Voice-এ রূপান্তরের নিয়ম:

Active voice-এর subject passive voice-এর object হয়, এবং এর আগে preposition যেমন by, with, at, to, in বসানো হয়।
Why other options are wrong:

ক) Will the project been finished on time by them? – এখানে “been” এর আগে “be” থাকা উচিত।
