“Let” যুক্ত Imperative sentence কে active থেকে passive voice-এ রূপান্তরের নিয়মগুলো নিম্নরূপ:

যখন আমরা active sentence যেমন Let them plant the trees কে passive এ রূপান্তর করি, তখন পদক্ষেপগুলো হলো:

• Let দিয়ে শুরু করতে হবে।

• Active sentence-এর object কে passive sentence-এর subject হিসেবে বসাতে হবে।

• by ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

• Active sentence-এর subject কে passive sentence-এ object হিসেবে বসাতে হবে।

Structure:
Let + object (as subject) + be + main verb (past participle) + by + subject (as object)

উদাহরণ:
Active: Let them plant the trees.
Passive: Let the trees be planted by them.

ভুল বিকল্পগুলো এবং কারণ:

• Let the trees to be planted by them

  • এখানে to be ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে, যা ভুল।

  • “Let” যুক্ত passive voice-এ be + past participle ব্যবহার হয়, to বসানো যায় না।

• Let the trees being planted by them

  • এখানে being planted ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, যা continuous passive বোঝায়।

  • কিন্তু “Let” যুক্ত imperative sentence-এ সাধারণত be + V3 ব্যবহৃত হয়, being নয়।

• Let the trees has been planted by them

  • এখানে has been planted present perfect passive বোঝায়।

  • কিন্তু imperative sentence-এ “Let” এর সঙ্গে present perfect passive বসে না।

      • সে ক্যান্সারে মারা গেছে।

  • ক্ষুধা বা পিপাসায়:

    • They died of hunger / thirst.

      • তারা ক্ষুধা / পিপাসায় মারা গেছে।

  • আঘাত বা ইনজুরির কারণে:

    • The cyclist died from his injuries.

      • সাইকেল আরোহী তার আঘাতে মারা গেছে।

  • বয়সজনিত কারণে:

    • She died of old age.

      • সে বার্ধক্যে মারা গেছে।

03. For:

• কোনো উদ্দেশ্য, কারণ বা কারো জন্য আত্মত্যাগ বোঝাতে for ব্যবহৃত হয়।
