Active voice-এ থাকা Agree, be anxious, arrange, determine, be determined, decide, demand + infinitive + object যুক্ত বাক্যকে Passive voice-এ রূপান্তরের নিয়ম হলো:

✅ Active থেকে Passive Voice-এ রূপান্তরের নিয়মাবলি

• একটি Active Voice বাক্যে যে ব্যক্তি কাজটি করছে, অর্থাৎ subject, তা Passive Voice-এ object হয়ে যায়।

• Active Voice-এর object-ই Passive Voice-এ subject হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

• মূল verb-টি Passive Voice-এ past participle (V3) রূপে ব্যবহার হয়, এবং বাক্যের tense ও subject অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত auxiliary verb বা be verb যুক্ত হয়।

Passive Voice-এ Preposition ব্যবহারের দিক

• সাধারণভাবে Passive Voice-এ object এর পূর্বে by preposition ব্যবহৃত হয় — যেমন: The book was written by her।

• তবে সব verb-ই “by” এর মাধ্যমে Passive হয় না। কিছু verb-এর ক্ষেত্রে in, with, to ইত্যাদি preposition ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকে।

• বিশেষ কিছু verb যেমন: Embody, Contain, Include ইত্যাদি Passive রূপে গেলে সাধারণত in preposition নেয়।

Present Indefinite Tense-এর Passive রূপ

• যদি Active বাক্যটি Present Indefinite Tense-এ হয়, তবে Passive রূপে এর কাঠামো হয়:
  am/is/are + past participle form of main verb

উদাহরণ 

Active: My teacher embodies all the good qualities.
Passive: All the good qualities are embodied in my teacher.

এখানে লক্ষ্য করো, "embodies" verb-এর Passive রূপ হয়েছে "are embodied", এবং “in my teacher” দ্বারা বোঝানো হয়েছে গুণগুলো কার মধ্যে রয়েছে।
