সঠিক উত্তর হবে Yesterday, he went home

• বাক্যের শেষে 'yesterday' থাকায় Past Indefinite Tense নির্দেশ করে। 
- Yesterday, ago, long ago, long since, last, last night, last week, last month, last year, the day before yesterday, as soon as ইত্যাদি শব্দগুচ্ছ Past Indefinite Tense নির্দেশক শব্দ অর্থ এরা যদি কোনো বাক্যে থাকে তবে সেই বাক্যটি past indefinite tense এ হয়।

• Past Indefinite Tense এর structure হবে:
- Subject + did + V1 + extension +?

কোনো বাক্যে Each of the, one of the, neither of the, either of the থাকলে এদের পর noun (plural) কিন্তু verb (singular) এবং possessive (singular) হয়।

১. যদি কোনো বাক্যে একাধিক Pronoun থাকে, তাহলে সাধারণত এগুলো Second Person → Third Person → First Person (সংক্ষেপে '231' নিয়মে) সাজানো হয়। যেমন:
 You, he and I are responsible.
 এক্ষেত্রে verb সর্বদা plural হয়।

২. তবে, যখন অপরাধ বা দোষ স্বীকার করার বিষয় থাকে, তখন pronoun-এর ক্রম হয় First Person → Second Person → Third Person (যেমন '123' বা '132')। যেমন:
 I, you and he committed the crime.

৩. Let-এর পর সবসময় Objective Pronoun ব্যবহৃত হয়।
 উদাহরণ: Let you and him be witnesses.
 এখানে you এবং him — উভয়ই Objective Pronoun।
 অন্যদিকে, you and he হলো এর Subjective form, যা Let-এর পরে ব্যবহারযোগ্য নয়।
